Perhaps the biggest argument for Biden over Trump would be to just compare average tenures of cabinet members during the respective administrations. Perhaps a weighted average, with positions like State, Attorney General holding more value. Buttiegieg has done a better job at Transportation than Elaine Chou (correct by construction because she didn't do anything) but even a bike geek like myself knows Transportation isn't as critical as State.

And his staff/Cabinet members are not campaigning against him unlike Sleepy Don.
