I was an OG Deftones fan back in high school. Not the Jewish one where Murph’s kids go, but it wasn’t a bad one. I was pretty mad at Deftones when White Pony came out, but it turns out they pivoted at the perfect time and are now finally getting the credit they deserve. This one was once an afterthought and has become a cult classic. The red goggles are fucking dumb though.

Yeah, that one might be a little rough on older ears.  ;D Guitar so tuned down strings be floppin'.

It's not so much the age of the years as it is the style.

Even tho I enjoyed a sunset in May last night, and it's not even July, this 1 is better stuff imo.
My formative years were bands like the Stones, the Dead, the Allman Bros and then stuff like Asleep at the Wheel popped up.

Chambana’s own. Pretty easy to hear they came up in the same music scene as Hum in the mid to late 90s. They broke up after this album, but it came to be a cult classic that spawned a bunch of Emo bands in the 2000s that everyone says they hate but actually love.
