So you are saying the Trump rollback of the Obama rule did not cause the accident. Or are you saying that Trump should have put in the expanded rule requested by the NTSB that Obama rejected. Or both?

It looks to be a bearing issue on a train not categorized as requiring the electronic braking system.
One article says it was not a Trump brake roll back issue. This may indicate that electronic brakes wouldn't have stopped the train soon enough to prevent the catastrophe.
One article says Obama rejected the expanded train classification rule.

This appears to be an Obama rule issue. But Orange Man bad.

Wrong answer (as the rule was rolled back anyway). Right answer: Sleepy Joe had 2 years to implement any rule that NTSB wanted that would have prevented this crash and did not. 

An Mn who was actually in MN would not have missed this opportunity to bash Sleepy Joe. Sad!

The bearing heat issue was at mile marker 49.
What mile marker was the train stopped at  ?
Would upgraded brakes have made a difference ? If not, the hazardous train designation isn't really applicable.

I read on the National Palestinian Radio website that the Obama rule required the brakes for trains with at least 20 cars carrying toxic stuff. This train was under that 20 car minimum.
