Good
My bad.
It appears that Trump's Executive Order addressed the national parks returning to the way things were before Joe.
From the judge's opinion,
"Exec. Order. No. 14253, 90 Fed. Reg. 14563 (Mar. 27, 2025).To effectuate this mission, the Executive Order directed the Secretary of the Interior totake three actions:(i) determine whether, since January 1, 2020, public monuments, memorials, statues, markers, or similar properties within the Department of the Interior’s jurisdiction ......
(ii) take action to reinstate the pre-existing monuments, memorials, statues, markers, or similar properties, as appropriate and consistent with 43 U.S.C.§ 1451 et seq., 54 U.S.C.
Items from the opinion that the judge says need to be returned to Joe status,
"An exhibit at the Jamaica Bay Wildlife Refuge at the Gateway National Recreation Area in New York describing women’s rights and liberty, as well as a quote stating that there are components of the country’s history “we hope never to repeat—like slavery, massacres of Indians, or holding Japanese Americans in wartime camps.”•
A sign at Sunset Crater Volcano National Monument in Arizona describing basaltbubbles because the sign included an image of a visitor holding a Pride flag.
