Gambling epidemic - and the center of the gambling epidemic is crypto. The crypto itself is greater fool ponzi scheme gambling, and on top of that it's the invisible "currency" used to fuel tons of illegal gambling, often by minors.
Biden was incompetent in this regard. He certainly was too old and befuddled to grasp what's going on.
But Trump is complicit, or really encouraging it. This cannot be argued. The man has his own memecoin. He had a lavish dinner extravaganza for the people who bought the most of his memecoin, and the vast majority of the winners for that were people deep in the mud of the cryptocurrency scam. Many of the biggest donors to his ballroom were straight up crypto crooks - Coinbase and the Winkevoss twins.
Toss in the very light regulation on options markets going insane on Robinhood and related platforms, the Trump administrations explicit support of the Sports Gambling industry, the heart of which was Trump's supreme court striking down Federal bans on Sports gambling.
The bullshit about the border, or Obamacare, or whatever, is just noise. I'm so depressed by the crypto/gambling/WallStreetBets impending disaster I could almost care less about immigration because it just won't matter.
This crypto bullshit is going to take down a whole generation of young men on Trump's watch.
I eagerly await Mn defending the expansion of crypto and the gambling related to it due to Trump's corrupt support of this disaster.
