It isn't a strawman. The government loaned money and held stock as collateral until the funds were paid back under TARP. There was no socialism-like continuing government/private ownership of entities like we have here.

Can't Trump just sign an executive order directing the jury to bring an indictment?  Maybe deportation for the jury members if they don't.
