I call not being subjected to racial profiling  a basic human right, not a privilege. The right to liberty. An inherent right. Not a privilege.

The denial of the right to liberty without due process based on racial profiling is racism. If it is a common practice; then it is systemic racism..

This doesn’t make sense to me. People are “racially profiled” specifically because they are not white (typically black). How does violating the rights of everyone “correct” anything?

White people make up a much larger proportion of the population. Blacks are killed at a 3-1 ratio (according to this). Which would be down from the 6-1 ratio of 15 years ago.
