Sounds like a lot of copium! Thanks to HR nonsense we have an underperforming person who doesn’t have the respect of the rest of the team and sucks up more than her fair share of leadership resources and will be let go with a nice severance by late March (90 day PIP) and will be replaced with someone competent.
