I don't know of any. Most understand that corporations are intended to shield personal assets.

I would guess that Trump files for the kind that dissolves the company. Amazon would likely reorganize. I could be wrong.

WTF are you talking about?  Trump has never filed for personal bankruptcy.  My understanding is that he's filed for business bankruptcy 3-4 times.
