Illegals are not eligible for Medicaid. Legal resident immigrants are not eligible for 5  years. I don't care who you are.

Illinois has had a separate program for low income immigrants who are not eligible for Medicaid. I am shocked you didn't seem to know about that. It is called
"Health Benefits for Immigrant Adults"

That has been dc'd. There is still a program for low income immigrant seniors.

Children are covered by All Kids regardless of status..
