Beating Va, Mn and PU may be a little optimistic. We generally give the gofs a game, but Va torched us last year.

It's a rebuilding year.
We'll have stumbles and not look good at times. We need to play 4 quarters and look like a football team.
And we need to find a qb and a wide receiver for next year.

After a 1-3 start, we finished 4-4 and were in games and 2-1 vs top 20 teams.

After this weekend's games, there is no excuse if Bielema can't get to 6 wins minimum, right? The teams in the West suck. Minnesota? Remains to be seen. The problem is we still  suck too at the end of the day. But the Illini look less sucky than the other shit ass teams in the West.

I’d say at this juncture anything fewer than 6 wins would be a big disappointment.

The loss to the Hoosiers may hurt.
We're still working our way up the pecking order.

All the remaining games, except Michigan (and even then it probably should be winnable because they are undoubtedly overrated as usual), are winnable. Though a) Minnesota and b) the Illini's ability to win on the road remain to be determined.

As of now, Illini projected for Quick Lane Bowl in Detroit on 12/26 @ 2:30 against either Toledo or Central Michigan.
