In my meaningless, worthless opinion, a game on Monday at 11am central time, when most people in the work force are actually working regardless of the government holiday, is dumb.  Play the thing at 6 or at 8 like any other time.  That's when college basketball should be played on a weekday.

If it’s not a national event, then why put it on Fox?

Lot of people complain about 11am football on a Saturday.  Here we have 11am on a Monday and you think that’s ok?

Bottomline is it was the most anticipated game of the whole season played at an absolutely asinine time that guaranteed the fewest people possible could watch

I get it. There has been an NBA tripleheader on that day usually. The playoff tackle football game in the evening was an issue. The Blackhawks played in the afternoon and they were on the West Coast.  The Bulls played in the afternoon too.

We did get 2nd fiddle on Fox to an exciting 2:30 et matchup on the east coast between unranked Notre Dame at HCBU Howard with their 1300 fans in the stands.
