I love that we're capable of winning this game relatively easily in the end with Kofi limited, Curbelo out, and Plummer cold.

So after last night that Illinois has now won 11 of its last 12 Big Ten road games.  Not a lot add to from what has already been stated here but it was good to see Payne have his best as Illini to date.  Thought Hawkins made a few crucial plays that really propelled us towards the end.    I think Vegas had the game at -12 and 151 on the O/U.  They straight up nailed the Maryland game right down to the score the week before.

We’ve lost all meaningful games thus far…Another easy one on Friday. Once they actually beat someone, then I’ll give credit where it’s do. And hopefully Belo doesn’t come back, they play better without him…Just like Ayo

Finally got around to watching the game, this was a good win, nice and grimy but we pulled away when it counted the most.  Great to see Payne step up big time when Kofi got hit with his 4th foul because the rest of the team was playing like shit and we couldn't hit a 3 to save our lives.  These are the games you don't really look back on fondly but they really help with team chemistry and such going forward.

And what ever happened to reviewing when people get hit in the face?  Nebraska was smacking people left and right
