Where in the constitution does it say the SCOTUS has a right to privacy?

The best part is the people who have engaged in or enabled destroying "norms" for the past 5 plus years are now whining the loudest about this.

"... some high-profile elected officials, from both major parties, have said the draft opinion evidences that certain justices either lied or misled senators during their confirmation hearings. Here’s how the five reported votes to overturn Roe and Casey discussed abortion rights precedents during their vetting before the U.S. Senate."

You mean like overturning 50 years of precedent?

If you think "Biden" is behind this, neither he nor the "Democrats"  are competent enough to pull it off. Right now the theory that this was leaked to keep Cavanaugh from wavering seems like a good one. The draft opinion was dated as of February. It will be released in final form in June. If it was lefties, they would have leaked it early to get momentum for packing the court, enacting legislation, etc. etc. while they had Congress, don't you think?

Not sure what’s going on, but pretty sure they won’t be overturning Roe v Wade.

I guess we shall see. If they don't do it now after all this, Golf may be back in DC for the 1st time since January 6th.

I used to love watching "elbows" or "swoop" play.  Had no idea on his post hockey career though.  RIP
