Underwood loves his little DaMonte. Always has. We struggled last year until his minutes got reduced.

Needed to make adjustments on defense to stop the layup drill going on all night.
A zone would have at least mixed it up. We got abused.

Granted, Curbelo didn't look right last night but who's going to be the 1st media guy to ask if Curbelo will start vs MSU ?

Podz was the 1st off the bench, at 6 1/2 min, out of Goode, Melendez and him. That seemed an odd choice to me. He's struggled in conference play and hasn't played much. He had a turnover, and sat back down. That was it for him until 45 seconds left in the game.
Goode got 5 minutes, but did get 3 rebounds.

Not that I remember, but was it reducing his minutes or shortening the bench that got us playing more consistently ?

This is my biggest gripe. He is the most talented of the 3 freshman and should be getting more minutes. I’ve been AOTC on this from very early on and been preaching he needs more.
