I made a round of Brie baked inside pastry puff for an app at Thanksgiving. Drizzled with honey and served with crackers and apple slices. It didn’t suck. No Steely Dan though.

Grateful Dead suck.

Van Morrison is probably one of the most underrated musicians of all time. His Astral Weeks album is a revolution in music and one of the greatest albums of all time. His ability to invoke so much emotion into songs with just his voice is phenomenal. Oh and Brown Eyed Girl is horrible and he admitted as much. He was forced by the label to make cookie-cutter music and refused so he broke away and made what he wanted. Mad respect for him.



Pee Wee Ellis on the saxophone solo at the 2:40 mark is breathtaking.
