He's lucky and probably rarely gets sick. I have an older sister, late 70's, with O- and she apparently got the Rona in early 2020 but never knew until she gave blood months later. Zero symptoms and not contagious and never infected her vulnerable husband.

He doesn’t get sick often, although he came home from college this past Tuesday. By Friday evening, he was feeling like shit. He went to bed early, got up Saturday morning and felt awful. 101.4 fever. I was like, oh great. He picked up the rona.
So, he went Saturday and got tested. Got the results today. Negative for rona, positive for influenza A.
Funny, I’ve never said, oh thank goodness, it’s just the flu. Lol
