It wouldn’t be the “sexiest” outcome because they are retreads, but Rick Spielman as GM and Pete Carroll as HC would be a hell of an off season.
"He commented more than once that, 'You know, Hitler did some good things, too,'" Kelly recalled to The Times. Kelly said he would usually quash the conversation by saying "nothing (Hitler) did, you could argue, was good," but that Trump would occasionally bring up the topic again.

I’m not in love with Carroll on a personal level, but I do remember reading about how they were constantly trying guys out and keeping things competitive within the team in Seattle. Everything was earned, not given.

A great example is how they went with Russell Wilson over Matt Flynn, who was a prized free-agent acquisition. Couldn’t see Matt Nagy benching a veteran so quickly for a rookie. Not in a million years. I want a coach with that kind of intuition.

you need a coach that is allowed to do that by the higher ups in the organization... the Bears are run by the idiots at the top just like the Bulls when they had Garpax interfering with day to day coaching decisions of their coaching staff

Let’s hope Pace and Phillips are going with Nagy 🙏🏼

Edit- I’d rather see Phillips go than Pace. Hell, move Pace into Phillips role and hire a replacement for Pace. I’d be better with that than letting Phillips stay.

Phillips isn’t going anywhere. He may be given a different title, but I’d be shocked if he’s fired. I’ll be pleasantly surprised if Ryan Pace is fired.

The Bears’ leadership and ownership might be severely lacking, but I don’t think McCaskey and Phillips are meddling a lot in football decisions. The decision to go with Dalton was apparently all Nagy’s.

Yeah I doubt he will either, just hoping.

Scratch Les Frazier from the list.
