He would probably love my MIL’s potato soup.

She cuts up chunks of potato and boils it in milk. Fucking gross.

That’s what I think of orange chicken.

I'm thinking I might put some sausage in there too. And use a different bowl if I'm going to post a picture.

That looks tasty.

My MIL’s is like that, but it’s literally only potato chunks and milk. That’s it. Potato. Milk. Salt? Pepper? Fuck no. Potato. Milk. Boiled.

Yuck.

If it helps, MrsMn's MIL was a good cook. My MIL was ok, but Christmas dinner was taking a hunk of meat and putting it in vinegar and spices for a few days, and call it sauerbraten.
So we still do that. I try not to complain. Much.

My MIL is a terrible cook, and she knows it. She takes pride in eating bland food. The less flavor the better.

When I cook out, I have to make sure her meat has absolutely no seasoning. No flavor. Nothing. Drives me crazy.

My wife used to be like this, but I wouldn’t allow it to stand. She now understands what good food is. She actually is a very good cook. We work together a lot on meals.

I’m thinking we can scratch Daboll off the list.
"He commented more than once that, 'You know, Hitler did some good things, too,'" Kelly recalled to The Times. Kelly said he would usually quash the conversation by saying "nothing (Hitler) did, you could argue, was good," but that Trump would occasionally bring up the topic again.

I’m not real big on college coaches jumping to the NFL. Guessing we could do worse, though.

Yeah I’m not saying it would be a good choice.

Greg Roman’s arrow probably pointing up after his success with Tyler Huntley. Daboll trending down IMO.

You wouldn’t want a coach that averages 10-11 wins a year?

I don’t “get” my opinions from anyone. I listen and then form my own. I disagree with Bernstein, Holmes, Parkins, et al all the time.

That would be fitting.

What would your specific problem be with a coach that’s averaged 10.4 wins a year for a decade?

Outside of his age, I can’t think of any real knocks. I don’t particularly  love him, but he’s one of the better coaches in the NFL the last 25 years. The list of coaches who’ve had great success in the NFL and college is like two names, and his is on it.
