Seriously, it’s like Peters hesitates so much before throwing the ball. It’s like he has PTSD or something from so many concussions and hits. Like he can’t process information on the coverage.

I really am concerned about Peters health. I seriously think he has some sort of mental problem processing information. Concussions might have really messed him up. He’s so hesitant and it’s so apparent.
