Well the character over characters thing is kind of BS.LOL. They all say that shit.
Griffin and Jones would have been in rotation this year or one of them might have started.
But yeah, we had quite a string of shit happening after 2005 under both Weber and Groce.

Griffin was kind of a headcase, if you remember from his on the court shenanigans, as was Jones apparently (although being lazy and wanting to smoke weed was my priority when I was his age too so yeah...)

Yeah, I guess Griffin had some off court issues also.
I had heard that about Jones.

I guess my point is that we take them first and foremost if they are potentially good players and hope they take care of things reasonably responsibly just like any other program. We are not using some higher standard.
We just took Jobu Payne who beat the shit out of a kid.

This isn't recruiting for the church choir team.
