Well, you need the boosters to uh......donate needed ......uh support for the youth development ....uh programs..... for the AAU....uh youth educational and development thingies they do.

It takes a village to raise a team.
So Dee was just doing donor cultivation.

Fuck me.

This really sounds like we could be losing both Kofi and Giorgi.

I love Giorgi but he’s hardly irreplaceable. Their offensive stats are comparable and Payne is a more capable defender.

Jack Nunge is transferring from xxxx. Looks like he's had a tough year.
Being closer to family and home can be a strong force.
I have to think that Giorgi will be forever grateful for his time in Champaign, and hearing announcers talk about what kind of guy he is says something.
I'd love to see it continue for Giorgi in C-U, but whatever he thinks is best works for me.

Obviously Kofi has been fun to watch develop and was a huge part of this years success but would also like to point out that no team with a dominant traditional big man is in the final four. Give me great guards and versatile forwards all day every day.

Tempo says we are a 6 seed with Giorgi. He then claims we are lucky to be a 8 seed in NIT team without him.
It is somewhere in between.

I do think you are not considering Giorgi's production as full time center his freshman year which was 12/5 in 26 mpg.

I think with freshman production Giorgi and a couple immediate rotation transfers and Hutcherson contributing we can maybe sneak into tourney.

Payne did not do much in 15 mpg and has some head issues obviously. Pass on him.

That really hurts Iowa.
He was decent interior with range.

They are in similar situation as us with possibly no post, but will have much better perimeter guys in Weiskamp, Murray. Frederick, Toussaint, younger McCaffery, older McCaffery, Perkins.

If you have not learned yet, it is "either/or" or "black/white" with Tempo. Even, somehow, when he is "riding the fence." I really do not know how he does it.

Well, may as well be the toughest team in the Federal League if nothing else.

He is covering all of his bases.

FF with Kofi and soon to be AA in Curbelo.
6 seed with no Kofi, but we have Giorgi.
And....we turn to absolute complete shit if we lose Giorgi who apparently is the difference between TOP 25 and being total garbage.

Minimum 6 game suspension if I’m the one deciding the penalty.

I believe I said 6-10 seed. And yes, going from one pretty good big man to zero is fairly problematic. Also, I was probably exaggerating a few NIT seeds. More like a 5 seed.
