If Kofi leaves we are going to really struggle. Will not likely make the tourney.

I am guessing the guard/wing recruits are being told by other teams Kofi is gone and we are fcked.

Agreed on all points. Just can’t see Krutwig saying anything in the middle of a tourney run. I’d take him in a heartbeat though.

Yeah, nobody cares about Indiana anymore. They haven’t since Knight left. Even Mike Davis made him look good for a year. Everyone else has been whatever. Indiana is no longer a blue blood or relevant and there’s nobody beating down the door to play there. If there were Ole Brad would’ve given it a go. Even he knows they’re cow dung.

But after the Kelvin Sampson deal I don’t entirely feel sorry for them or anyone that hires Pearl once they get put on probation for something stupid he does.

I'm starting to think recruiting 3 stars for your system who may actually stay 4 years, and filling in with transfers may be preferable to investing time and money hoping for a 4 or 5 star high school kid to sign and transfer out after a year or two.
Re granting waivers. If the school let's the kid know that transferring might be something to consider, sign the waiver. If a kid just wants out to go play for a different in-conference program, its ok to think about whether or not you want to sign the waiver.

I remain skeptical on transfers until pen hits paper. Things are certainly different now but they haven’t landed a high major transfer since Starks I think (yikes)
