You are correct except for one major difference between two....UCLA had Mick Cronin, we got Big Daddy Brad!!! Mick didn't know what to do with talent, BU does!

Cronin is on record as stating the losing record and missing the tournament were due to 2 things turnover and NIL not being a big enough BAG for players.

ILLINI don't have either of those issues, and ultimately with Campbell, Bailey, Jacquez, Clark....type players, the coaches gotta get em ready to WIN.

He does have a little Melo feel about is game in this clip. Would love the reclass and add him to 2025.

Admittedly Kegler/Lee are not going to be immediate types to help us.

That said next years recruiting class will need to have at least 3-4 slots open....if that is so, I am counting on Rilery/KJ being gone and at least 1-2 others by transfer.

Do we take all transfers again for age?
Do we take late blooming 4-5* in spring? (is there such a thing as a late blooming 5*)?

I know enjoy the year, watch the up and down play etc....but recruiting I like to follow year around if possible.

Strong, lengthy PG skill set but not the strongest, doesn' t play the greatest comp in high school, won't help immediately. Project a DGL kind of ascent up the roster in terms of PT.

Ranked 2nd 5 team for all of Kansas regardless of school size, Top 150 24/7 ranking.

Mike Jones out of Chi-Prep is a solid 6'6 200 pd reclass into 2025. ASU is the biggest offer to date.

Would be interested in seeing if the staff has checked him out at least. As played up for at least the last 2-3 years, and against this team.
