The failing Times overcharged me for my subscription the last two months (by a lot). When I called them to fix it they basically said they couldn’t and I had to “go online to the website to cancel.” I told them last time I talked to someone (not terribly long ago) they significantly lowered my rate and did it over the phone.”

“That department was eliminated.”

I got Chase to give me my money back.

I can't tell you who won the last World Series. I wake up if the Giants make the playoffs, but baseball kind of boring.
