Geno Smith and Kurt Warner were on the scrap heap. Dirk Diggler was trying to figure out how to get cash to fix his car before his comeback.

She was in the same boat, if not more so. No one knew where she was after she quit on her teammates and country.

I’d e more sympathetic to this delay if Judge Cannon had ruled on any of the outstanding issues she mentions.  But it seems like she’s not doing the work or not experienced enough to do it in a timely fashion.

Wondering if anyone has bought her an RV in recent months.......

Should she just admit as evidence the "classified" documents that the govt mishandled in a classified documents case ?
Or blow off any pre-indictment internal communications between the WH, the DoJ and NARA ?

I would think most lawyers wouldn't agree with that.  :D

How the documents will be handled for hearings and witnesses, etc. apparently is usually decided at the start of these cases. She is dragging this along until after the election.

Hunter's trial hasn't started. And there are no classified documents involved in his case.
