I will admit not knowing what exactly happened to cause the Reed guy to start shooting at the cops during the traffic stop. But isn't the cops firing over 100 shots at him but hitting him only 13 times a scandal? WTF? Did they go to Star Wars Stormtrooper Shooting School?

I heard that, but I do not understand why the guy started shooting at the cops first. I'm keeping an open mind as to who was the bigger asshole(s) who started this. We know the cops ended it.
