But seriously if we're talking about an all-white team, I'm going with a straight Euro front court of Giorgi, Damir Krupaljia, and Jens Kujawa with Nate Mast and Sean Harrington in the back court. Good luck, B1G.

He was certainly capable of passing.  If memory serves correct, he led the team in assists once.

I don't know if McBride would pass much. Dave Scholz was/is my favorite Illini ever. He grew up in Mt. Zion, about a mile from where I grew up, until his mom moved to Decatur and Dave played 2 years for the Decatur Runnin' Reds before going to U of I. Scholz was forgotten when they did the All-Century team in 2004-05.
