Gonzaga, Baylor, and Michigan are likely locks already.

Illinois, Iowa, Ohio State ( and maybe West Virginia) are all in play for the last one.  How much will it take for Illinois to nail it down?

Beating OSU tomorrow would be huge.  Losing to them twice might doom us unless we win the BTT.

If we lose tomorrow, probably need to make the BTT final (beating Iowa or OSU to get there).

If either OSU or Iowa win the BTT, they'll get the nod.

The only way WV possibly gets it is to beat Baylor and win the Big 12.

Take care of business tomorrow and I think we’ll be ok unless we have a dreadful showing in the BTT. Iowa or OSU winning the BTT would make it interesting, guess it would depend who beat Michigan and Illinois.

I would think if we win Saturday we will have wins vs UM/Iowa/OSU and 2nd place in BIG (and a buttload of Q1/Q2 wins), and then get to final of BTT (another win vs Iowa or OSU) we should have it.
Maybe even if we only win the quarterfinal game. I don't think we need to win BTT if we win tomorrow.

Lose Saturday (without AYO) and it is wide open and we have to get to BTT final to have any chance.
Lose Saturday (with AYO) we need to win BTT.

It's so tight. Beat tO$U saturday - I say we are in for the number 1 seed regardless of how we play in the tourney. In the past, it seems that the committee did not hold much weight on conference tourney games. But I suppose for a 1 seed they might if it's tight.

That’s kinda where I’m at. Win tomorrow and we’ve had an absolutely hellacious last month or so of the season. If Illinois stumbles tomorrow and one of Iowa or OSU beat us AND Michigan to win BTT, would be hard to keep that team off the 1 line. Winning the conference tournament is one thing but who you beat to do it is far more important to the seeding committee.

Would be a hell of a mess if IL lost tomorrow, then MI got upset in their first BTT game. Then Iowa beats us in BTT title game. Then WVU wins B12 tourney beating both KU and Baylor.

 I saw Northern Iowa had to forfeit their conf. tourny matchup with Drake b/c of a positive test. I wonder how many teams will suffer the same fate before all these tournaments are over with.
