It's a low bar, but I would rather listen to Dakich than Bardo. That's painful.

I try not to listen to the talking heads unless they're actually trying to explain something, but I'll take Dakich over Bardo and wish we had Dakich tonight instead of Bilas.
And I'd take Beth Mowin over Raftery.
Member mumbles ? Jim Calhoun. He spoke as if he was wearing a mask, before masks were a household item.
I never minded Vitale, in very small doses tho.

Raftery is still fun to listen to. East coast gym rat. Knows the game.
Harlen is good.
Marshall is good.

Dakich just rants nonsense and grievances the whole time.

Bilas is smug and arrogant and thinks he is a personality.

I think Bilas and Dakich have both improved and don’t mind listening to either. And they both have enough smugness to go around although Dakich tries using some self deprecation from time to time.

I feel like with Vitale and Raftery kind of over the hill CBB definitely needs it’s own version of Herbstreit/Fowler or Joe Buck/Troy Aikman or Keith Jackson for big games. I guess Bilas is that guy for now but think there could be better. 10 years ago I liked Bardo but don’t find him very enjoyable anymore. He didn’t call a very good game in our Wisconsin matchup last weekend. Although I am trying to give these guys the benefit of the doubt a little this year because I think they’re often sitting at home watching the same feed we are rather than being court side and it has to be weird.
