It's always been bank fraud and insurance fraud. Trump fudged the value of his assets to obtain loans, and fudged them the other way to pay less tax. He materially misrepresented his assets to banks and insurance companies.

Lol, I know that’s what it’s always been about dumbass. Along with anything else they can try to accuse him of.

Sounds like the banks and insurance companies should do some better investigations. They don’t have to loan him the money or insure him. Sounds like they didn’t mind and it’s not like they didn’t know who he was.

I guess we’ll see what comes of it. I’m in no way saying he’s innocent. Just gotta see the proof.
