Davis probably done for the season, shoulder surgery, unless he pulls a Houser somehow.

They looked for a surgeon with the knowledge and flew him in for Houser's procedure. That, and Houser, is why he was able to play earlier than expected. Bielema said they needed the ok from Whitman to do it.
Whitman showed that he's ok with bringing in the best for a player's surgery.

Good to know but starting QB vs role player?  Not sure he'll get the same service.

I'm not sure that Underwood shares your sentiment about a guy who's started 23 games in a row and who was the only guy on the team last year who shot 40% from 3.
Among other things.

Given the amount of money the University spends on NIL, upgrading the kid to the best surgeon they can find should be a question of morals, these kids risk all sorts of very bad injury in service to making the Athletic Dept a lot of money. Anyone with an MD and a residency in surgery should be competent and thus charge for surgery, the "best guy" might charge a little more but it's not like it's 20 million vs 30 thousand.

Maybe not if the Tony Padilla crew gets the game. 51 fouls called, 26 and 25.
Speaking of DGL, 25 points.

We probably should’ve done more to keep DGL. He’s a good college player, and he’s probably going to be a problem for us the way that we’re constructed and who we’re missing

I’m not sure you understand how NIL works, but yes, I hope they get him some good surgery
