NEW FOOD TRUCKS: Burrito King will be added and JD's Smokeshack and Country Bake Shop will move into the east side from Grange Grove.
NEW VENDORS: Crumbl Cookies will be available for the first time at Gies Memorial Stadium in Section 103 on the west side of the stadium. Other west side additions include Jersey Mike's Subs in Section 127 and Chick-Fil-A in the Section 101 concessions stand.
BLOCK "I" PRETZEL: A new Block "I" pretzel will debut at Gies Memorial Stadium in 2026. The new pretzel is expected to hit concessions stands prior to October.
RETURN OF DIPPIN' DOTS: Dippin' Dots is returning! The fan-favorite will be available in 102 and 203 on the east side and 129 on the west side. Flavors include cookie dough, cookies and cream, rainbow ice, and chocolate.
NEW FULL BARS: Full bars have been added on the east and west concourses by Sections 107 and 128. The full-service bars include specialty Illini cocktails and made-to-order cocktails. Additional beer stands have also been added above the east concourse stands.
ALCOHOLIC DRINK ADDITIONS: High Noon returns to Gies Memorial Stadium with fan-favorite flavors, watermelon and pineapple. Garage Beer Lime will also be available.
GRAB 'N GO MARKET ADDITIONS: An Illini Market has been added in the east columns at the top of Section 107. Hot food (pretzels, pizzas, and hot dogs) will now be served in the markets in the lower east and lower west sections.
CONTINUED PARTNERSHIPS: Watson's (West 130, Horseshoe 117), Smith Burger Co. (West 129, East 103, Colonnades South), CBPB Popcorn Shop (West 129, East 107), Papa John's Pizza (Truck on NE walkway, Student Section 133, Horseshoe 116, Markets on lower east and lower west sides, East 205), and Big Grove Tavern (Colonnades North, Horseshoe 116) will continue to be available in 2026 at Gies Memorial Stadium.
