It’s definitely a win now move and those always come with risks (namely injury) but it seems like a pretty damn logical time to push the chips you’ve got for the next 2-3 years while Caleb is cheap.

I agree with Spark. The difference between this and Mack are that we know we have a coach and QB we can win with. I’d prefer he were a couple years younger, and I love my draft capital, but I’m more than good with this trade.

I’d still go get Mack and Naschon Wright. They can likely be had for 5th and 7ths. That would really shore up the defense.
