Well, that’s a perspective.

I’ll lay it out for you:

When you have overwhelming military superiority in every facet, you use it.

Then when the rest of the world starts bitching about the (temporary) real world consequences of finally cleaning up the only real obstacle to peace in the Middle East, you ask them for help.

They decline, and then you continue the narrative that they were only allies because we propped them up for a few generations.

Those countries continue funding their own defense and stop being a bunch of pussies. Finally.

At the end of all this they STILL need us more than we need them, they aren’t actually going to realign with Russia and/or China/India, Trump proves his point, we reallocate all the money we spent propping up Europe to domestic concerns, our economy booms, oil goes to $65-75, and we enter a new chapter of global prosperity and peace.
