A lot of retail businesses have left the market due to theft, lack of law enforcement, and other issues, creating a vacuum that GW is seeking to fill.

SF (and to a smaller extent LA) is the canary in the coal mine for progressive policy. Just think how bad it would be if it didn’t have upwards of trillions of market cap pumped into it from the tech industry.
