Even if all the nasty claims made about Good and Pretti were true; which is unlikely, we are still left with:

Ross fired multiple rounds into the passenger side window of Good's vehicle atrr it had turned right.

Agents shot Pretti multiple times in the back while he was kneeling and unarmed.
