I’ve never once said I had any faith in this organization. Quite the contrary. They’re one of the most storied franchises in the sport in a major market and yet they’ve just been an incompetent clown show for years. My fandom for the Bears is not the same as the educational institution where I studied and earned a degree. They have one job and that is to win football games. You know, like the small market Packers usually do.
I’ve barely followed them the last handful of years, but I said if they ever showed some organizational signs of actually wanting to win football games, I’d buy some new gear and get back on the bandwagon.
There isn’t a single Bears fan on this forum that wasn’t thinking about which heartbreaking way the Bears were going to lose this game. We’ve seen too much.
