Didn't the IAEA think there was shenanigans going on despite certifying they were in compliance?
It wasn't the perfect deal, but it was a start. Of course there were shenanigans, but we've dealt with this issue before, especially with the Soviets. It took hard work, but we negotiated the START treaty at Rekjavic.
Instead of tearing up the agreement, Trump should have worked to make improvements and tighten the screws on Iran during his first term. Leaving the agreement emboldened Tehran, hastened their nuclear program and made the US an untrustworthy partner.
Now we're on an island with only one real friend on this issue. The bombing may delay Iran's nuclear ambitious, but it won't stop them.
