ThePAThey is in the DMV and went to the Oriole Pale Hose game yesterday (and will be back today). Oriole slugger Larry Sheets, father of ex-Sox, Gavin, was at the game. I ran into him during the game and told him I was sorry to see Gavin gone from the White Sox. He said, along the lines of, "He isn't sorry to be gone." I said, "Yeah, the Padres are a little bit better than the White Sox at this point." We took a picture together. His wife, I guess, took the picture for me.

The Ishba fella is apparently going to own the Sox over time per today's press release. Hopefully the family does a better job with the Sox than they are doing with the Phoenix Sun.
