Yes
Good.
How long have you been doing therapy for the shoulders ?
Did you have tears ?
You're the only one who knows how you feel. Are you making progress ?

Figure out how to use voice to text, or don't whatever

I would still have to change the way I hold my phone and scroll.

The accuracy out of the gate is not very good. For example, I said trendy, it wrote trinity. Also has issues with my pet peeve -- homophones.

Thanks for the thoughts though.

The hard part with shoulder pain  is diagnosis. The process is slow and they do one joint at a time. One consolation is all of nurse practitioners and nurses in  orthopedics have been hot.

Men don't cry, not from physical pain. The pain level reached 12 on a scale of 1 to 10. Can't take NSAIDS, on blood thinners.

PT was too painful initially. Got a cortisone shot a couple months ago..Right now, two steps forward, one step back.

Add to that carpal tunnel. Next appt for that is in November.

I don't know what you're going thru, but I went thru it all recently.
I tore my rotator cuff and didn't think much of it when it happened. NSAIDs were useless. The 1st person I saw suggested a steroid injection. With a tear, that's just putting a band-aid on your shoulder joint. I didn't get the shot and was given exercises to do at home. It wasn't getting much better and I saw an Orthopedic Surgeon.
We tried physical therapy, and I was religious about it, for about 3 months with no success. I then had the mri and it showed the tear. We scheduled surgery.
If you have a tear, what does the Ortho say ? Without knowing your particulars, if surgery is suggested I'd recommend it.
They showed me images during post-op followups and I got a laugh out of the 'your cartilage is pristine' comment. I tore the rotator cuff in my throwing arm.
Good luck.

you have to talk to it like its an idiot, ironic for a "smart"phone I know

sounds like you're going to need a replacment or some kind of surgery, shoulders are tough I've had issues with mine in the past and it took forever to heal, best of luck!

Exactly, followed by dumping some lognum on it for a disinfectant.
