Free shots were 27 a side. They made 4 more plus the 2 points on the T.

Hopefully figure this type of stuff for March, but Underachiever won't

There was alot more input there than JUST blaming the refs?

Agreed missing 10 and losing by 2 is pretty accurate. Point was the calls were made to take our best players out and were untimely. Those didn't involve "missing" shots.

Wasn't the overall # of FT, it was the timeliness and against whom that made a difference...4 I think against Aikens? That is even? Holoman and Fears had 3 each and the last of which was late for both...no other Spartan over 2

On the plus side KJ had no turnovers.
Boswell put them on his stat line instead. Not a great game with his 5 turnovers but 13 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists.

We were right there in a hostile environment with our best player getting hosed by the disgusting ref show. I love that we didn't quit when it looked like everything was about to go to shit late. That was very encouraging.

And yep, the technical FTs did indeed factor in to the final margin. But at the same time it also helped to spark us and get us back in it.

Another learning experience for this young and talented group.

Humrichous 35 min, 2-7/1-3, 6 pts, 4 rbs
Johnson 17 min, 3-3, 11 pts, 6 rbs

I know he had 3 fouls but in a game like today the minutes on these guys are not really defensible unless Johnson is keeling over and desperate for air. The guy's just a better player and does more, play if there's no risk of the other 4 lighting it up.

Who the F**K cares about Aikens? Are you seriously considering the coaches aptitude when one searches out a Top 5 NBA player to get into foul trouble and the other one doesn't on a NEVER gonna be a NBA player?
