Bama favored by 8.5 currently

Young Illinois team will likely struggle on the road with bama's physicality and length. A good early season litmus test however I think the Illini cover but fall short!

Really like when teams go on campus though, neutral games are terrible for the sport IMO, so big props to the Illini and well bama for doing that  yeah

BAMA and the spread seems very likely, if not an understatement against us currently.

Illini haven't shown anything that suggests that we can hang with an overly athletic team...back cuts/alley oops may be at a high rate tonight against us.

Turnovers on both sides along with tempo any form of solid defense can create will dictate this game result.

Bama has more than enough length and athletic ability to really give us fits. If we have 15+ turnovers we lose by more the spread says.

Expect B1G games from

Ivisic - 10' shots and passing against Cliff

Nelson - May score big for them tonight....I could see a "career" type of game for him unfortunately.

DGL and anyone else will have to really "D" up to stop Sears tonight...he may get 25+ against us.

Bama 89 - ILLINI 78 it may be worse I hope I am wrong
