I believe it comes from a movie with my favorite old timey actress, Ingrid Bergman. The word is being used about Musk and Trump by people across all walks of media and commentary. It’s at least 75% applicable in your case and that’s good enough. This is akin to PAMan blasting me for misquoting him because I didn’t use the exact punctuation.

Do you really think those guys just have that much cash sitting around that they could be giving to others? The vast majority of their net worth is measured in business assets and such. Don’t remember anything in the Bible about not being able to build businesses that benefit humanity.
