I keep seeing Custard in the quote text and think it’s a post I made while blacked out or something.

So being blacked out is a regular thing for you is what you’re saying?!

Mavs got some bad mojo going on....first the trade, then the injury, then the ticket price 8% increases, now Irving done for the year....WOW, that is one helluva black cloud going on there.

Amazing finish. LeFlop with the turnover, and then the winning shot goes over his head. Perfect.

KJ officially in the draft! No surprise, but good article. The last sentence is telling to me as far as BU and Euro preference.

"The IQ level in the Euroleague is incredible". BU loves the high IQ, and no not every player has it.

We watched KJ throw the ball all over the floor this year. Some good and some not so much so.
NCAA stats lists 350 players in their assist/turnover category. KJ came in at 319th.
He had 6 turnovers in each of his last 4 games.

He's young, I'd like to see him stay, but he's gone.
KJ and Tomi are good but I'm not convinced about the high IQ stuff coming from the guy who also said we have elite shooters and were FF caliber.

The high IQ meaning that is what he wants/would like to have and the Euro players start playing "pro" level much sooner and have different coaching/schemes for the most part. There is a reason, most Euro players play the same, but different than the US players.

Mostly I think fundamentals are worked on far more in Euro, than here, which breeds a higher IQ generally on the court. Maybe not the most exciting play as many of have complained about, but still. That all said I think KJ biggest problem was he tried to continue to play Euro ball and committed far to many turnovers mostly because the US athletes he was playing against were far superior across the board than what he was used too.

And then there are the NBA athletes who are far superior to the NCAA athletes, excuse me student-athletes, that he's used to.

Yes but not Euro players as a whole, NBA yes (although defense in the league is questionable) , that will again be where he struggles. In fact, that is pretty much the only argument as to why he should have come back, is to work on that part of his game. He is gone, best wishes, cut the T/O's down and he will be a very good PRO.

Nice to see 2 ILLINI players listed on NCAAM front page as being in first round/draft.

Bulls make it to the play in, lose to the Heat for the 3rd straight year.

Run it back next year and go for 4 in a row!
