The problem with this is a) if Williams is good and/or b) when Fields sucks for the Steeler, you are going to miss a lot of denial on his part
My favorite part of arguing with you guys is that you guys always reshape and redefine what I say. I’ve said all along Fields is flawed. I do think he can still get better. I think the playmaking ability is such I’d be willing to take some bad with the good. If he ever minimizes the bad, he’ll be amazing.
I’ve said all along Williams is talented and I expect him to be good, if not great. He’s a better “natural passer” than Justin, but it takes more to be great than natural passing ability. Hopefully Caleb is the next Patrick Mahomes. I’ve seen a lot to be encouraged about, but we still haven’t seen much from the pocket; which was the primary gripe here about Fields.
