He doesn’t put them in a position to win, the scheme sucks, a majority if the plays suck. And the execution sucks. And he’s sucks at play-calling. That’s why. He doesn’t put his team in a position to be successful nearly enough.

And if you think I’m exaggerating watch the All22 with JT O’Sullivan. IDK maybe Getsy banged his wife, but he’s definitely not a fan.

Chase Daniel and others have also pointed out that Fields isn’t the problem. Definitely not the main problem.

Neither does Fields, but 100% of the time someone points that out you trot out a list of about 10 excuses that would, you'd think, also apply to Getsy - bad talent, WRs suck, OL sucks, no running game.  Given those restrictions, what kind of scheme would work?  How do you draw up a good game plan, assuming you're right about how terrible the WR and OL and running game talent is?  I legitimately don't get it.

Again, I agree that Getsy sucks and that these things shouldn't excuse his poor performance, I just think it's weird that you're so sure about that and so bullish that those things SHOULD excuse Fields' performance every week.

Is there any reason for that other than a YouTube video from a former NFL backup?

Maybe Getsy has had to dumb it down since the QB admittedly has problems learning offensive concepts?

Maybe you can’t read. Maybe I should dumb my posts down for you.

Bad concepts and design don’t happen because the QB is dumb.

I can read just fine. He admitted he could not learn the offense.

If the QB can't learn the offense, you may have Keep It Simple, Stupid just for him. Maybe that is what Getsy has had to do?

You would be better off paying for my football analysis videos.

I’m not convinced there would be much value there

If the QB can't learn the offense, you may have Keep It Simple, Stupid just for him. Maybe that is what Getsy has had to do?

Is “keep it simple stupid” the reason why O’Sullivan says the “details and design just aren’t there?” Is “keep it simple stupid” the reason Cole Kmet whiffs on two defenders to block DJ Moore?

Is “keep it simple stupid” the reason the Bears opened up the game with a deep ball in wet and windy conditions and followed it up with two pitches right at Myles Garrett?

Is “keep it simple stupid” the reason Bears receivers are running to the same parts of the field and the reason the Bears’ formation are too tight and not creating space?

Simple isn’t the same thing as inept.

Entering halfway through the All22 “ I get so frustrated I just don’t think it’s that hard, this team, more than any other team or offense just refuses to use the skills that are available to them.” JT O’Sullivan

In before PAman says “ yes the quarterback refuses to use the skills that are available to him.”

Lol Wanny seems to think the Mooney Hail Mary catch was pretty doable.
