Also, Bernstein and Holmes made a great point just now. Herbert didn’t look like himself. Lacked his usual burst. Why wasn’t Roschon in there? I’m not sure if Foreman was available after tweaking his ankle.

The play calls were generic as fuck outside of the 3rd down. Dude can’t take advantage of mismatches consistently to save his life. Getsy sucks and everyone knows it. I never saw/heard Twitter and radio more united on a Bears topic in my life.

Read option was generic? What did you want them to do right there? Detroit was going to have everyone in the box to stop the run. Odds are Eberlose told Getsy to run so Det would use its TOs.

Frankly, I was shocked they threw the ball, much less threw the ball long, on 3rd down.

You are hyper focused on the 2nd to last drive, which was bad enough; but as I’ve pointed out many times I thought Getsy’s play-calling sucked for a large part in the middle of the game, and far too often just sucks in general. Dude will pop off a 36 yard pass play then run it up the gut the next 4x. There isn’t a single person who thinks he’s good at his job, so stop messaging his peepee.

I am hyper focused on that drive since you texted me links from The Twitter nerds specifically complaining about that drive....

I agree he sucks and needs to go. But at least get the rationale right for it.
