Eh, not as funny when I see he’s only taken 5 shots. Could easily be 70% if he makes next 5
"He commented more than once that, 'You know, Hitler did some good things, too,'" Kelly recalled to The Times. Kelly said he would usually quash the conversation by saying "nothing (Hitler) did, you could argue, was good," but that Trump would occasionally bring up the topic again.

Will probably take him until January to get five more free throws.
He is now one of those specialty guys who takes nothing but threes and they will not have him in at end of close games protecting a lead as he can't handle the ball.
He is starting to look like a consistent threat.
Will see how it goes vs teams who can guard.

Nice fairly obvious article, ex player contributes. Glaring omission...not one mention of CoHawk.

Omitted from the article, omitted from the draft....kid screwed up so far by coming back imo.

He made the right decision. Probably making more in NIL than he would in G League or lower level overseas.

Hopefully he gets his head straight and starts to play an entire game for once in his life.
Otherwise we are going to have a rough year.

Why don’t we play him at the FT line in a high low at times? Had some success with that here and there last year as he can pass out or back down a smaller defender for a little hook shot in the lane. Or dish the ball underneath if he draws a second defender. Dude is 6’11” he needs to be a threat to score inside 15’.

Agreed, but he is usually wide open when he’s there and NEVER EVER looks to shoot the ball. It’s like he’s playing hot potato and can’t get it out of his hands quick enough. Also if he ever does drive from there his head immediately goes to look at the floor and it’s like he’s never practiced dribbling with his head up before. Basic skills seem hard for him.

Seems like something they could work on but probably too late

They can take time out of practicing Free Shot and 3 Point Shooting.

Well probably is a hypothetical, so unless we all know what the kid got to come back (we don't), then he made a bad decisions based on the facts as we know them. I see ya down there, chin up now.

Head on Str8 and CoHawk are not in the same local....this kid was supposed to be, could have been, hasn't panned out, and won't so...his mental state is one of all those wrapped up into 1....In the 2024 draft (insert: your teams name here), does not, will not, won't ever pick CoHawk.

G league salary is $40K. He wasn't going to get a Two Way.
I am pretty sure he is getting more than that. ::)

My guess is 6 figures easy.

Have no idea what level he would end up at overseas, but since he has never shot for fuck and is a TO machine it wouldn't be a lot until he proved himself at a lower level.
They don't like shit basketball anymore than we do.

I think they should work on 3 pt and FT shooting more.

Hawkins reminds me of Cook. Remember how Cook, in his first 3 years was the most frustrating player?  Cook had a monster senior year though
