The Terps are down 4 at the half in Evanston. Not too shabby for 10 turnovers.
They had 7 for the game vs us.

Jahmir Young is that dude.

Cats threw multiple guys at Reese and forced 6 TOs out of him. Against us, he was simply backing Hawkins down and eating his lunch all game long.

Good observation. I heard Hummell taking about that too. Hawkins not physical enough to guard 5's with strength and length. He fouls too much when frustrated. That is our trade off of him being a matchup problem for other team.
We should have tried Guerrier more maybe who is stronger. Showed double more to make Reese work or give it up.
NU does that pretty well. They play a higher risk trapping D.
We play good position and packline but really do not have a center that can protect the rim, nor do we produce many TOs.
We have to really be moving our feet to stay in front to stop 2s, and get rebound position. We have not been doing that as well lately.
Have not outrebounded anyone in three games.

12-8 seems more likely to me unless something changes

We will see, I can see it either way. All depends if we start rebounding again.

I'm in the 12-8 camp also and would think worse than that may be more probable than better.

So it wouldn't surprise you if it was worse?

It will surprise me if it's better but one game at a time

I think we’ll be like 11-9 to 14-6 to finish but wouldn’t surprise me if we aren’t.

I can't imagine he would want that job since iirc he's already being paid handsomely on a long term deal
